This week at Hodgkinson Dec-17th

As we fast approach the end of 2021 we end the year on a high, with 188 houses in build on 9 active sites across the East Midlands, including Lathkill Drive Ashbourne, Golden Hill Stoke, Station Rd Glenfield, Monmouth Rd Worksop, Bath Street Ilkeston, Spencer Street Northampton, Brookfield Bowling Club Leicester, Victoria Street Mansfield and Spanker Lane in Heage, for which we are also up for an NCHA award!

We've completed over 1000 key stage inspections, and have completed handover for 3 site to our happy clients.

Our work, as always, is about improving the quality of life for the familes who will grow and flourish in our homes and it goes beyond bricks and mortar, to the people whose work makes it all possible. Our amazing team have really gone above and beyond this year. In the face of supply chain and public health challenges, they have responded with the dedication, skill and passion for the job that makes us proud. 

We're also proud to have worked with some fantastic companies this year, including Chevin Homes, Honeycomb, Plaform and NCHA to Futures, Stonewater, Plaza Build and East Midlands Housing Group.
